What helps you forget the pain caused by AS, RA, PsA, and other chronic conditions?

That’s right — passion, hobbies, and genuine interest!
When you’re truly engaged in something, the pain moves to the background.

What’s better than sports, morning exercise, stretching, or walking?
Of course, all of that — but only when you do it with interest and joy.

That’s why I love “quiet hunting” — mushroom picking — even more.

Without even realizing it, you bend, squat, stretch, and walk much more than during your usual outdoor workouts or at the gym.
You forget about health problems, depression, and all the worries of everyday city life.

Meanwhile, your movements are slow and gentle, you breathe in the fresh autumn air, enjoy the smell of pine needles, and admire the bright colors of nature — you simply enjoy!

If you have the chance, try it — you won’t regret it!
Just remember to listen to your body!
