    After successful payment, an e-book will be available for download or sent to the provided e-mail
    address.

  6. Refunds and support
    Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only possible in cases of delivery issues or if the file does
    not correspond to the description. To request support within 14 days from the date of purchase, email
